Ariadne watched as her hold on Doug was lost. 'd**n I shouldn't have mentioned the woman!' She saw as he merged with his animal spirit. She took Vania into her as she merged with the black widow.
Fangs appeared beneath her lip as she held out her arms to her side. "Now Doug. All I wanted was a little embrace." Six arms rose out from her. Her black dress tightly clung to her form as she moved closer. Large claws graced the end of each arm. She held them out to Doug, her red eyes mesmerizing as she looked into his. Before she got close, she loosed the thins strands of the silvery web from each of her clawed hands, attempting to bind Doug to the wall.

As a confrontation became evident, Adrian pulled Mica into a portal. Adrian and Mica reappeared in a secluded apartment in New York City. Mica remained unconcious during the journey. Adrian quickly bound Mica and locked her in a small, bare room in the apartment.

Mica awoke slowly to darkness. Her head was pounding as she tried to adjust her eyes. She tried to move and found herself tied tightly. She pulled against her bindings to no avail. Her struggle made blood flow lightly from her wrists and ankles as she struggled.
She tried to clear her head, to remember the events that led to this moment. She remembered a tall, dark man. She remembered Doug. They were running. Then she was here. She kicked her feet against the wall and screamed at the top of her lungs trying to attract attention.

Adriane walked back into the room where Mica was. As he walked in, he imediately stared directly into her eyes. "What's wrong love? You came here of your own will."

Mica spat at him as he spoke to her, her eyes glared with a fierce intensity as she looked at him. "I don't think so! I don't know what you did but I swear it will not work!" She kicked at him as hard as she could with her feet bound. All she needed was to land one, just one.

"Why dear girl. Calm yourself or my friend shall have to take action. We don't want that now do we?" Ranus climbed up Mica's leg. Unhindered by her jerking motions. He stopped short of the reach of her hands, his tail poised as if to strike, poison glistening on the tip.

Mica continued in her struggle. "Go ahead! Kill me because I swear to you I will die fighting!" She glared more harshly at Adrian. Her resolve strong in her eyes. She felt her bonds on her wrists loosening ever so slightly. She continued to struggle.

Adrian merely smiled and nodded his head. Ranus slammed his stinger into Mica's leg, sending the sleeping poison through her veins again. This poison wasn't as fast acting so Mica reamined conscious for a few more minutes.

Mica felt the sting from the scorpion again. She screamed out as the pain seared through her. "What is it you want from me?" she screamed at Adrian. Her eyes still glared as she continued to struggle. The bonds on her wrist were now loose enough that she managed to free her hands. She swatted the black scorpion from her thigh and rose, hurling herself at Adrian. She lashed out with her fists striking anything that she could contact before she fell into him.

Doug maneuvered in and out of the webs with such agility that they could not bind him. Heading straight for the now merged being. Her six arms threw webs all over the place. "I'll get you!!" He screamed at the top of his lungs, his fangs pertruding from his mouth ready to tear her to shreads. His claws extending far beyond normality as he came ever so closer. His eyes glowed red with hatred and vengence.

Adrian caught Mica as she fell. When she was winging, she had hit in in the chest and arms as well as his lip, drawing blood. Adrian's eyes sparkeld as he tasted the blood. "What do I want? I want you!" Adrian scooped up Ranus to ensure that he was okay, which he was. Adrian then drew a portal and took Mica to a remote location in the spirit world. They were in a dark forest area where ruins of what looked like a fortress lay. Adrian and Mica were in a room insdde the crumbling fortress. Adrian smiled and began to draw markings on the floor. These markings were old ones passed through his family, designed to bid a person or spirit to an area for as long as he captor decided. Adrian stepped back as he examined his work. Satisfied he looked over at Mica just as she started to wake again. "Ranus, you really should make your poison more long lasting. In the spirit world Adrian had the appearance of being mostly scorpion. He had scorpion legsx and the long tail. He was shirtless and his torso appeared human but was solid black. His fingers had grown sharp tines on the ends, almost like a sharp claw. The only human thing really left of Adrian was his eyes and the hair on his head.

Mica felt as he caught her. She knew she had drawn blood but caused no damage. The last thing she heard before the darkness came over her again where his words. “I want you!”
Mica slowly stirred as the effects of the poison wore off. She looked around at strange markings drawn upon the floor. She didn’t know where she was but new it was not the same place as before. Her head throbbed even more now. She stood slowly trying to gain her balance. She moved to go past the circle but couldn’t break across it’s boundary.
She heard something to the side of her and turned, her eyes widening before she took hold of her fear. Adrian stood before her looking more like a black scorpion than a man. “Where are we?” she screamed as she rushed at him. She hit the boundary of the circle and it sent her reeling. She glared at Adrian again. “I shall not be kept prisoner. I swear to you that if I get my hands on you I will cause you so much pain that you will wish you were dead!”

Adrian smirke and dissappeared for a few moments. He reappeared a few minutes later carrying a large tray of food. It had roasted chicken, pot roast, carrots, potatoes and a lot of other food on it. He also carried a jug of water. Adrian stepped into the circle and set the food on the ground. He stepped back out and said, "Here. I am sure you are hungry. Enjoy and if you desire something else, I will get it for you, My love."

Mica stared at him as he walked into the circle. Her mind taking notes of everything. The boundary did not affect him. She decided to test a theory. She picked up the tray of food and hurled it at him with all her might. The tray crossed the boundary as it flew toward him. “I am not your love!” Her chest heaved as her anger rose.

Adrian spun and ducked as the tray flew towards his head. Adrian stepped up to the edge of Mica's barrier. "That was unwise of you. I shall return." Adrian stepped back and dissappeared. He reappeared a few seconds later with another tray of food. He set it on the ground and slid it through to Mica. "Please. I don't want to have to harm you. My sister would wish otherwise, I'm sure."
