Mica was sitting around a campfire, nestleing up to Kyra's fur when Fire seemed to emerge from the shadow's from the flames. "To save your friends you must brave the dark, or else your friends shall lose their marks." he said in a ghostly voice. Suddenly Mica was thrust into the Dark Forest that Caleb had saved her from and Kyra was no where to be found and had cut their connection. "Have fun!" Fire screamed in her head.

Mica felt the darkness closing in on her again. Her anger with fire grew inside of her. She stilled the panic in her soul as she touched the fires of the rage within her. Kyra had told her everything and now she was having serious doubts as to the nobility of the council. Her fury grew as the rage flooded her eyes. Through the fire of her anger, she looked around the darkness surrounding her. The more she embraced her anger, the more she could make out shapes. She smiled as she saw one burning more brilliantly than the others. 'Thank you council.' Her eyes narrowed as she felt the power awakening within her. 'If it hadn't been for your arrogance, I would not have found the beginnings of the power within me.' the sneer slowly played across her lips as she went to her friends.
Mica reached out slowly into the darkness. "I am the Huntress!" she exclaimed in a voice like thunder that burst out into the night. She smiled as her hand touch the shoulder of Bruce. The light erupted throughout the forest, a brilliant golden light as the Huntress reunited with the Hunter. She looked to all of her friends and smilled. "Let's get out of here!"

"She's more powerful than any Huntress before her. This could pose a problem." Fire said. He quickly jumped down from the trees, "Although you used powers we didn't knot you had, you passed this trial Huntress." and jumped into the shadows.

Mica closed her eyes as she heard the words of Fire. She felt him jump down from the trees. She smiled slowly as her eyes followed him into the shadows. 'We will soon come face to face and you will be forced to deal with me! Beware!"

Fire heard her words and shuddered at her threat, for he knew that she wasn't lying, and that made things a lot worse on everyone else.

Mica smiled softly. She traced her finger upon the air and walked through the portal back to the stilt house. Kyra waited for her. "Well? What happened." Mica softly rubbed behind her ears. "The first trial has been passed. I now await the second if the council still desires to continue with this folly." Kyra led her into the house as they sat in front of the fire watching the flames dance upon the logs. They patiently awaited the second trial.
