Attitude: Sarcastic, quick-witted and opinionated. She's headstrong and persistent. She likes to do as she pleases and does whatever to get it. She doesn't care what other people think of her and desires power. She's very manipulative.
Description: She's 5'9, has dark brown hair, and green eyes. Wears black clothing, with an occasional color, if she's in the mood.
Weapons: Knows how to handle herself; her father was a black belt and taught her everything she knows about fighting.
Mark: A yellow eye of the coyote. Its located on her her hand right where the pointer and thumb connect. Its about the size of a penny.

Attitude: Laid back. Cunning and headstrong. During pursuit, a coyote may reach speeds up to 43 mph (69 kph), and can jump over 4 meters (13⅛ feet). He desires power and thus fights for the side of evil, however, he cares deeply for his human and will do anything to protect her, which causes him to reevaluate his position in the war.
History: A high school friend and an old flame of Jason Archer, Lana is a charismatic girl who loves to live on the edge. She used to be a compassionate and good hearted girl, but got involved with the wrong crowd. She took drugs and was in and out of juevie because of drug possession. She met Archer in a community service program and got cleaned up because of him; for that she is forever grateful, but they always fought about the people she hung around with; he tried to get his life together, and she just went back to her old habits, minus the drugs. One day, Lana had enough of his attitude and ran off with her friends, never really reconciling their feelings for each other.
She ran off and soon ditched her friends because she found another lifestyle that seemed to quench her appetite: thievery. Starting off with the basics, she slowly moved up to more professional and dangerous jobs - like stealing pieces of art and bank robbery. She's never been caught, but she's notorious; although the cops could never figure out what she looked like.
While she was off touring the country (and stealing), she fell into a deep sleep and there, discovered her animal spirit, Rafe, who was influenced by the darker sides of the animal spirits. Enticing her to the "funner" side, he taught her the ways of their bonding, thus causing her to escalate her thief skills. She is now a professional work for hire for the highest bidder.
A few months later, they heard about a Shaman who asked humans to fend for the good cause of the war. Now, they know that they will have to work harder to get the power they both want.

"Are we going or what? I'm getting tired of this place."
"Give me a minute, all right? I'm trying to figure out where the best place to go is."
"Whatever, just pick a place!" She whined.
"Fine! Here!" Rafe placed his paw on the map and lifted it up. He started to laugh.
"What? What is it?" She looked at where his paw was. "You have got to be kidding me..I haven't been there in 2 years. Pick another place."
"Nope. That's where the energy is telling me to go."
"Crap." She said as she started at the little dot on the map that said MIAMI.
