Mica pinned him to the ground as she looked into his eyes. Her anger fading to slight embarrassment as the blush returned to her cheeks. 'You are forgiven...this time. Great timing by the way.' she told him. Out loud, "In a minute and yes they are all at the High Council meeting." A smile crossed her lips as she bent and kissed him on the cheek then rose holding her hand out to him. 'I love you Caleb,' she told him in his thoughts, 'but you really do have the worst timing in the world!'

"Sorry, I had to see what was going on. I saw you two over here, and then THAT hit me. Love you to Mic.". "Well Skot, how's things been in your neck of the woods?" he asked out loud.

Skot continued looking into the woods, not hearing caleb. Skot was lost in the recesses of his mind. Remembering the past and thinking of the future. Ghostly images danced in SKot's head, some of the images of things yet to come.

Skot snapped out of his reverie and looked around, realising Caleb was trying to get his attention. "Sorry. I...I was thinking. Did you say something?"

"Yea, but it was nothing. What were you thinking about?" Caleb asked. Skot had a worried look on his face, but it soon was wiped away

"Nothing important," Skot said, faking a smile. Skot looked up at Caleb. "What do you think they are discussing at this "high council meeting" caleb?"

As caleb finished his sentence, the sun broke the horizon. It was already morning, "Wow. We were up all night and I am not the least bit tired." Skot looked out over the lake where the sky was still dark. He spotted some shapes moving and saw Jenus, Kyra, and Tzuna walking towards them. Skot got up. "About time they decided to rejoin us."

Mica sat next to the fire, half-heartedly listening to Skot and Caleb. Her mind took her to other places as she stared absently. She felt Kyra approach and looked to the group of animals. 'Well met Kyra. How did the meeting go?' Kyra seemed agitated. 'Later!' she told her as she walked by not stopping. Mica watched as Kyra walked into the forest. "I wonder what happened to upset her so." she said to Caleb and Skot.

"Tzuna, you gonna tell us what happend?" Caleb asked. "Later." he said, just like Kyra. "I wish I knew their problem." Caleb said to Mica.

"I hear ya. Something bad happened. I wonder what. I have never seen Kyra so upset." She turned to Caleb with a worried expression in her eyes.

Jenus slithered over to Skot and climbed up his leg to his shoulder. "Sssit by the fire please. It has been a long, cold night." As jenus finished speaking, he fell asleep. Skot obliged and sat by the fire again. "apparently, we can never tire in the spirit world but the same can't be said of them," Skot said gesturing towards Jenus.

"Well that makes sense. We tire in our world and they don't, so why wouldn't it be the same here." he deduced. "Tzuna, come over here and sit down and rest please." he asked. She came and sat down, going straight to sleep with Caleb scratchin her head.
